Stepping UP Leading Change

Its time for idleness to cease. Do you ever get tiered of spiritual free loaders? A spiritual free loader is someone who is in the crowd but they never step up to serve the needs in RELEVANT STUDENT MINISTRIES. I'm warning you older peers be ready to serve.
You are disqualified from sitting idly by wasting time being unproductive for the Kingdom of God. Is church a social gathering before a night out on the town? Hardly! Wake up and step up. Yes, I'm talking to you. What is your excuse this year?
I'm tiered of tiered people. They are draining and never bring anything to the feast. By this time many who come and go should be preaching and teaching and serving in power and demonstration, instead the cares of life have squeezed the hunger of God into a dry shell of a selfish existence. Jesus did not call the perfect to follow Him, he called you and I to serve one another.
Take up your post and no matter what happens don't run away. It's time for the youth to step up and take charge. Are you RELEVANT or just RECENT, following the crowd of idle talkers who have nothing better to do than to criticize what they have neglected! Hello, if we don't take ownership who's reality is that? How then do some people have the audacity to criticize what they are neglecting by not serving - talk about double standards!
The double standard is eliminated when everyone embraces the prescription. You ever hear of someone go to the doctor and decline the prescription and run off to die in the world with their illness. I've never seen a person who does not suffer from an illness or disease go to the doctor and voluntarily ask for a prescription (addiction the exception). If you have symptoms of illness the norm is to go and get a check up so the prescription can be prescribed.
Some how the lines have been blurred and suddenly we want to advise God on how he should administer His care on our behalf. It amazes me when people say such and such left church because of X,Y and Z reasons or persons. My prescription: A person who seeks God's word and walks in the spirit is not easily offended. The illness is rebellion and a lack of submission to God's word. Those who crave the truth long to search the deep things of the word, or even drink the warmth of the word like a breast feeding baby to a mothers breast. Meditate and examine yourself before you go around administering prescriptions without the backing. That's called malpractice and you will be liable.

Hey PA,
Nice blog. I especially liked the last 2 sentences, it really summed everything up in a nice way. There are some people who are leaders by a title but don't or barely ever read their bible and then give the kids advice. I used to be like that. People would come to me for advice and I thought of myself as someone with really great advice!!! But EVERY MAN is right in his own eyes, I wasn't walking with God so even if my advice SOUNDED great to me and that other person, it never really had much lasting effect or significance because it wasn't the right advice; sometimes things would go COMPLETELY wrong because of the advice I gave. I've noticed since I've been in the word more that my advice has been better to; it's more in-line with God's word.
It should be a leaders responsibility then, if they know that they are having a bad week spiritually, to tell whoever is asking for advice to go to someone else. I've seen SOOO MANY bad prescriptions. We need to learn to hold our tongues, especially when we are angry. But God has the victory and if the motives are to TRULY follow God's will then he will show them their way.
