Back to Basics

BACK TO BASICS: We must guard the teachings of the Apostles and peach Christ and Him crucified! Are you afraid to openly and boldly speak about Jesus Christ. Why do we talk about current events so passionately, yet at the mention of Jesus Christ we mumble and lower our shoulders in fear of the opposition. Are we being brain washed by the culture of Antichrists?
The climax is approaching. Christians will soon be muted from saying the name Jesus. What will be your option? Will you opt to continually deny the Lord who purchased your freedom from the snares of sin and death? Start thinking about it now because tomorrow you may be asked to deny the Lord. What are you going to do? Will you travel the current of compromise or will you present yourself a living sacrifice? Weigh the cost.
My Meditation:
God is love. He who did not spare His own son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things (Rom.3.23)? God delivered up Jesus for us all. Who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised up because of our justification (Rom.4.25). Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. v.5; But He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His strips we are healed (Isa.53.4,5).
He has borne our griefs; That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet saying: "He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sickness (Matt.8.17)." So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation (Heb.9.28). Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness - by whose strips you were healed (1 Pet.2:24).
Christ was wounded for our transgressions; Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief. When you make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand (Isa.53.10). But also for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead (Rom.4.24). For I indeed, as absent in the body but present in spirit, have already Judged (as though I were present) him who has done this deed. v.4; In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you are gathered together, along with my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ
(1 Cor.5.3,4).
Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many; Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong, Because He poured out His soul unto death, And He was numbered with the transgressors, And He bore the sin of many, And made intercession for the transgressors (Isa.53.12).
